Striping

Sharp lines.
Organized lots.

Faded lines make a property look neglected and leave drivers guessing. We restripe existing layouts or lay out new ones for commercial lots across Western Washington.

Work is scheduled around your hours, including evenings and weekends, so the lot stays usable. Paint is selected for the surface and traffic, and we confirm drying and reopening times before we start.

FAQ

Questions

How is parking lot striping priced?

By the linear foot: $1.00 for 4-inch lines and $2.00 for 6-inch lines. ADA marking packages are $250 each. Jobs have a $500 minimum service charge plus a $150 dispatch fee per visit. Fire lanes, arrows and curb painting are quoted per site.

How often should a parking lot be restriped?

Many commercial lots need restriping every one to three years, depending on traffic, weather and the paint used. Heavily used retail and apartment lots usually fade fastest.

Can you restripe without closing the whole lot?

Usually, yes. Work can be phased by section and scheduled during off-hours so parts of the lot stay open.

Do you do new layouts?

Yes. We can lay out a new striping plan on new or resurfaced pavement, including stall counts, ADA spaces and traffic flow.

How long until cars can park on fresh paint?

It depends on the paint, temperature and humidity. We confirm the reopening time for your job before work starts.

Can you stripe in Western Washington weather?

Paint needs dry pavement and suitable temperatures, so most striping is scheduled from late spring through early fall. We plan around the forecast.
